My Approach
​I trust each person to be the expert of their own experience as we work with their preferred language, treatment plan, interventions, and resources. I seek to notice, affirm, and find value in the uniqueness of all people through person-centered modalities. My interventions are based on The Gottman Method, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, somatic, play therapy, and expressive/art-based.

About me
Hi, my name is Cameo. I have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Born and raised in North Idaho, I grew up in the rugged mountain ranges, cross-country skiing, chopping firewood, picking huckleberries, and swimming in the pristine waters of Lake Pend Oreille.
