My Approach
​I trust each person to be an expert in their own experience. I work collaboratively with clients to determine their preferred language, treatment plan, interventions, and resources. As a person with ADHD, I seek to notice, affirm, and find value in the uniqueness of Neurodivergent people and others who see themselves as distinct, non-conforming, and on a path of curiosity as they find acceptance for themselves.

Modalities I commonly use include The Gottman Method, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, somatic, play therapy, and expressive/art-based.

About me
Hi, my name is Cameo. I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy, on 12/15/2024, and am planning to return to the office in 2025. Born and raised in North Idaho, I grew up in the rugged mountain ranges, cross-country skiing, chopping firewood, picking huckleberries, and swimming in the pristine waters of Lake Pend Oreille.
