Play Therapy
I am dedicated to working with children through therapeutic play that allows them to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping strategies in ways that feel natural and engaging. With experience in expressive arts, sensory-based interventions, and somatic work, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the child through imaginative play, movement, art, storytelling, and more. My approach is rooted in warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of the ways children communicate beyond words, particularly those navigating anxiety, ADHD, and other neurodivergent experiences.

My approach to play therapy is grounded in my passion for supporting children and families, integrating mindfulness and relational techniques that foster attachment and emotional growth. I value the power of connection—both between the child and therapist and within the family system—helping parents and caregivers understand and support their child's world. My training, personal experience, and innate sense of wonder allow me to meet each child with empathy and attunement, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.
